STORE LOCATION RETURNS

To return an item that you purchased in store requires a receipt upon return within 30 days of original purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; Psychic or Healing Services or perishable goods (such as Herbs, Teas, Tinctures/Tonics), custom products (such as special orders or Personalized Items), and personal care goods (such as Bath, Body, & Beauty Products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

ONLINE RETURNS

You will have to pay for shipping to return your item, since we offer free shipping on all products in the US. You may return any product purchased from the Green Witch Creations online by sending your product to our store location at 301 AZ 89A STE D Sedona, Arizona 86336. Once the item has has arrived to our store location you will receive a 100% refund for your item. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are absolutely NO Refunds or Returns on International Shipments. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In Order to Complete an Online Return:

Please include a letter or note in your return that includes:

  • Item(s) you want returned.
  • Address to send shipment back.
  • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

We recommend all shipments be sent back are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Green Witch Creations is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*.

  • We do not accept C.O.D. parcel*

Once your item is received your order will be processed and sent back. Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of them being received.

If the item(s) you are returning require a balance due or credit refund, we will use the original card or payment gateway we processed in order to complete the transaction.

Return Shipping Costs To Store/Warehouse Are NON-Refundable.
