Returns & Exchanges | Green Witch Creations


To return an item that you purchased in store requires a receipt upon return within 30 days of original purchase.


You may exchange any product purchased from the Green Witch Creations store by contacting our customer service team via email at

 All emails will be answered within 48-72 business hours, excluding weekends and all major U.S. holidays.

In order to complete an exchange:

Please include a letter or note in your exchange that includes:

  • Item(s) you want exchanged
  • Address to send shipment back to, if different then original shipping address
  • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

We recommend all shipments be sent back to Sedona, Arizona, USA and are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Green Witch Creations is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier*

  • We do not accept C.O.D. parcel*

Once your item is received your order will be processed and sent back. Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of them being received.

If the item(s) you are exchanging happen to be out of stock, you will be contacted by us to figure out a commensurate exchange.

If the item(s) you are exchanging require a balance due or credit refund, we will use the original card or payment gateway we processed in order to complete the transaction.

In order to complete a Return:

In the event you need to return a product, this must be completed within 30 days of your ORIGINAL purchase date.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.

  • Reason for your return
  • If possible, also include the original packing slip, which serves as your receipt.

Shipping is NON Refundable

Once your return shipment reaches our facility, we will contact you to confirm the return.  We will then process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) back onto the original card used to purchase the product. That refund process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days.  At any time during that process we will be there to help answer questions. You must pay for your own shipping to return a product.
